Scicli the European Capital of the Sicilian Baroque

ScicliA few kilometers from Bed and Breakfast U Marchisi you will find Scicli, a town nominated for Unesco, World Heritage of the Umanity for its architectural baroque wonders.

In the various periods Scicli was dominated from different folks and cultures, before Arabic, later Norman's and Aragonese, until his annexion in 1860 to the Piemonte's Kingdom.
